You can apparently learn as much from bad management as you can from good. As the management here is absolutely atrocious it is certainly a learning experience in terms of how not to operate a business or manage people.
Cons
Misogynist leadership with a specialism in being a control freak. Has a Napoleon complex whereby he feels due to his own inadequacies and insecurities that he has to constantly put staff down. He doesn't think about any value for clients and is all about taking as much cash from them in the short term instead of delivering any long term value. Amusingly the CEO considers himself intelligent and a cut above everyone else, yet he demonstrates the complete opposite much to the amusement of staff generally. Greenpearl feels like it is going to implode spectacularly so think carefully before wasting your time applying for a job here.
