Pros
They pay current rates. Managed services are always a good way to gain experience
Cons
Overwork employees. They take customer's word over their staff. High turnover. Very small so no room for advancement. Obvious conflicts of interest in ownership structure. No real sales team to grow the company. They have split the marketing with Oregon and that seems to be the bigger priority because ownership now lives there.
