1. An organisation full of opportunities at every step. 2. If you think you can take it forward yourself, TAKE IT FORWARD YOURSELF and prove it! I think no other company gives that sort of an opportunity! 3. CEO himself mingles up well with the junior employees and shares ideas. 4. Best HR practices like monthly town hall, 1 on 1's, birthday and anniversary emails and a lot of good stuff happens to keep you overwhelmed while ur working @ GreenDust. Last but not least, u feel u r heard, ur thoughts are taken, your work is appreciated and awarded. When u enter GreenDust premises, u get that GOOD FEEL :-) your sixth sense tells u dude here something interesting is going on! And u want to be a part of it! Oh I forgot to mention, if u are a performer, your package can be revised in 3 months! U don't have to wait for a yearly review to get that hike for your next holiday plans!

Not really much to say as if u don't give results to an organisation, u ought to get the brunt! If people say it's a downside, well it's universal guys. U don't give results on time, u get the beatings too.... isn't it? Ah don't be hopeless though, they keep on working on u till ur declared a misfit completely and need to go back to school.

1) Approachability to the top Management - which you do not get in many organizations. 2) Support you receive while doing your work 3) freedom to put forward your thoughts & if found good, implementing them 4) Work environment.

1) No formal training on any softwares, it is do-by-yourself method. -- not a big hurdle, as we all are very familiar to most softwares used for our area of work. 2) lethargy in the workforce - mainly another advantage to the employee because of FREEDOM @ workplace. 3) Nepotism/ red tape does creep in sometimes.
