I can see how this group of people might be entertaining and fun in the office environment. The company and what it stands for is a fabulous idea and contribution to society.

Employees at the lowest tier suffer as a result of poor leadership. We're in a poor situation because upper and middle management refuse to address the company's culture's root issues although they have been told many times. Maybe 1 or 2 years employment max. unless you want to settle. There's not a real future here.
There was a focus on individual growth for each employee and an opportunity to pursue specific projects if they align with the company’s goals. There has also been a push for better company culture.
Cons
There was room for improvement in the company’s approach to environmentalism. The environment should be more than just a brand.
