      Some good people at mid level but wond be long as Mgt team moving gol post always as its at start up in many division

      Cons

      Founder moody and shouting at even CEOs. Most CEOs are into 50s and know nothing about start up and the modern tech world. Using old age thinking to manage few start ups

      Great people from the owner to housekeepers i appsolutly loved my job

      Cons

      Boss gambling to much with company future in the balance and the money he has lost his job is not going to make him a better player he needs more than that he needs a better way to spend his time and he needs to get his wife out of my house
