Pros
1. The team is friendly, we all help each other and there is a good atmosphere. It really helps considering the toughness of the job in itself.
2. The offices are modern and it is always nice to work in a comfortable environment.
3. As a sales agent, you can participate to events, thus there is also some "fun" part.
Cons
1. The inbound leads are not always given to the sales team, instead they are given to the back office. These leads are helping us, giving us hope especially considering that selling energy to businesses, completing all the sales cycle from the prospecting, contacting, relationship building to the signing and account managing is challenging.
2. There is a lack of training, we are not given enough tools to evolve and thrive despite the fact that we are motivated employees willing to learn. Overall the team is disorganised.
3. There is not a lot of perspectives for future career path. It is difficult to imagine staying a long time when we are not given enough opportunities for progression.
