Pros

Great Concept, customers can go green and save money on utility bills at the same time. Good pay, lots of potential.

Cons

Products were at least 50 percent overpriced, products did not work as they were marketed. Some customers even saw an increase in utility bills. Great concept for shady management to make lots of money fast and then move to a different city, or just change the name of the company.

Pros

the responsibility level was high. I enjoyed being able to effect change and manage an office of sales associates. I was given more responsibility as a finance agent on-call.

Cons

the work was sales and by appointment, once the appointments ran out so did the business.

A steady pay check was nice.

Cons

A typical day at Green Monster is logging into there dialer, ask customers extremely personal questions concerning their solar needs with the attempt to have a solar representative go to that customers house an sell some over priced solar equipment. Extreme favoritism is displayed at this company. Overall this is just another telemarketing company. If you like long hours with low pay. This place is for you.
