Not giving you a data tool until after 90 days in
2 days of training with no call shadowing
The leads they give you aren’t great. Like 1800 numbers and then if you vet your lead lists and try and take out old numbers there is a high chance it won’t save and the management won’t care when you point it out.
Questionable management that tells you how lucky you have it because at their old job it was worse
