      Great concept. Interesting partners. If your into "Green" or sustainable products, this is a good place to work.

      At the time, lack of technical tools to perform our job. Bad senior management.

      Pros

      Both the owner and the editor are responsive, considerate and able to resolve conflict through negotiation.

      Cons

      The work is not abundant, and the pay is not top-dollar, but the writer has tremendous leeway in choosing topics and presenting the subject.
