Do you enjoy working hard and trying to make an impact only to be told to refactor all of your code to someone else's vision? Do you expect 40 hrs/week to be base line - because at the performance review considers 50 to be the minimum for a passing grade. 10 company holidays and 10 vacation days is substandard for technology companies
