Great culture, great people. Lovely location

Lazy staff towards the end. Too interested in going to the pub then working.

Lively and fun atmosphere. Nice office. A feeling that this is a well-run company with great prospects. In my time I have had great career progression. Management are positive and talented.

No training budget- you need to learn in your own time. For a long time our internal IT has been a little underwhelming, although this is being completely changed in Q2 2015 and I believe will be vastly improved. Money has already been spent on hardware for this rollout.
