Pros

- The shifts are really flexible, and you also have them handed with great advance. - A paid day off on your birthday. - A lot of discounts everywhere. - An opportunity to access a Student Scholarship from the parent company "Grupo Jaka". - Now, this depends much on the subsidiary you are, but generally speaking there is a great working environment on this company. - If you get to work the "average" of hours that they told you at the interview that you would, the salary is really competent.

Cons

- If you DO NOT get to work the "average" of hours, the salary can turn into a joke really quickly. - The target people of this place are kind of a snob, so there are high chances of encountering with a mean customer. - Your manager has total control of how much hours you work and on which days you do, so you might like to stay on their good side if they are not professional. - Promotions are almost entirely arbitrary.

Pros

• Development of a POS that adjusts to the brand needs integrating the delivery apps that represents a 25% of the company's revenue. • Launching an app for Android and iOS that enables the customers to apply for a fidelity program with discounts and cashback, mobile payment in-store and e-commerce purchases. • Redefining the e-commerce business transforming all the stores in pick up points for a quicker customer experience and avoiding queues. This transformation increased the revenue of this channel by 5%.

Cons

The industry of retail does not have funding enough to create bigger teams and advance quicker with the roadmap.
