No Pros.Travelling abroad and opportunity for development in client site. That's all and enough.

All information for *Kolkata* branch which was 'Greencube Infotech' before merging. They develop just Interactive dashboard and they call it intelligence . Haha . 1) No documentation for any project . It's a tactic to hold the project and continue development. 2) Never Ending Development. 3) No procedure to maintain logs and User Requirement.They maintain it in poorly created excel sheet . 4) No Planning and No thorough analysis before development.Only boss(Non technical) decides how to develop and possibility of the project. 5) They use old backdated software and try to sale them to client. 6) No hierarchical designation so do not expect promotion. 7) Most of the employees are from Non-IT background even some of them are not graduated and they act like they are the boss of this company.Their behavior is pathetic and they bully junior and newly joined employees. As education matters here. 8) What they do and what they thinking they are doing is totally opposite. They have no IDEA what Business Intelligence is.No idea on statistics which is necessary for any business data analysis. If simple chart is enough then why client hire them? Not just for interactive dashboard for which the client paying them a huge amount of money that you can't imagine. 9) For them Prototype is the main project. 10) They spend less and expect to earn more. New office in kolkata poorly developed, Low light , suffocating environment, old computers, too slow internet connection and that's all to tell you to work from home and there is no advantage for flexible hours. 11) Not professional. No working hours. No holiday . 12) They interfere with employees personal life . 13) No work life balance. 14) They use a BI tool and develop application and call it a software. How funny ? No idea what software is. 15) Office entry time is fixed and there is no time for leaving office. They force you to work more than 12 hours. 16) There is no job security and they fire employee on client request. 17) They play with releasing employee and delay to issue them release letter . Believe me do not join this company. Again wasted 30 min writing this review.

Challenging projects and you get to learn a lot.

Pay could be more given the fact that you do a lot of work.
