I loved my time at GCP and gained tremendous amounts of knowledge and skill during my few years there. Everyone from the management team, property management, maintenance team, etc are all great at what they do and there are high expectations of all employees. The team is constantly improving, learning, and growing, which makes for a great work environment. Team members are given flexibility and benefits that make work-life balance easy to manage.

Employees are expected to be very self-motivated to get their tasks done and manage their workload properly. Management does provide support, but if this is an area of struggle, then this may not be the employer for you.

3 weeks vacation is the only thing good about this company

The Management is a Joke there is so much Drama in the office it’s toxic you are nothing more than a number what ever you do stay away from this place
