They keep their promises. They are debt free, and take care of their customers like no other home improvement company I have worked with.

For me, driving to Dorr is not super convenient

Green Built Roofing has a culture set for growth. The staff at Green Built are fun to be around and the current employees are all in sync. Green Built Roofing provides an amazing product at an honest and fair price. As the Michigan Location continues to grow, the owner has started the planning for some company trips and other opportunities for the staff to get involved with like the 4 man scramble. The training materials and process' are so well put together it makes it easy for new hires to jump into a role and take off running. The best part about working for this company is that every day is different. Every day you can come in do the "same" job, however its exciting to meet all the different people that we get to help each day. At the end of the day, I've never seen an owner go so far out of his way to go the extra mile on a job and eat profit at times just to get the jobs done right.

The only negative part of the business is that you have to actually work. In other words you need to go the extra mile to learn how to do the job and move forward in a face paced environment. you actually have to pay attention throughout the day and always be ready to move. but is that really a bad thing?
