Pros
Very fast growing company that has excellent people and a culture. Not a facetime place at all. Lots of very talented, driven people, but without being arrogant. Now provide lots of remote options. Company provides lunch every day and is very generous with its employees, including 401k matches, bonuses, and contributions to HSAs. Company lets you do your job and micromanaging is frowned upon.
Cons
Green Brick has grown so fast it is probably running a little lean in some departments and needs to hire to add bench strength so people don’t get overworked or burned out. This is happening, but it will take time.
