Pros
It was amazing for the first year and a half or so, but after that, management went downhill. I loved my job and my coworkers for the first couple years. Pay was very good.
Cons
The nonexistent management got worse over time. Employees became lazy because they had no one to answer to, and I ended up doing most of the work every shift. I was one of the hardest working employees but hardly ever got recognition from my boss, who was also the owner. Pay was great but raises were inconsistent and unfair at times (certain people would be recognized and others wouldn't).
