In the more recent months, Greco has taken many steps forward in improving processes, training, company culture and more. It's been so great getting to experience these changes first-hand and watch our company grow in such a positive direction. I look forward to continuing my career with Greco, and genuinely see this company moving towards becoming the best place to work in property management and development.
Cons
Starting with the company was a bit rocky in the beginning, and there wasn't a sense of inclusion until later on - "clicky" - but that has improved with time. These "cons" are things that have changed drastically in the more recent months, so I have confidence it will continue in the right direction.
