      Pros

      Work/Life balance is offered, yet meetings are scheduled late in the day and property opperations must continue regardless of posted hours.

      Cons

      There is little support offered. Overhead is very inconsistent causing staff confusion. Time off is near impossible due to no back up assistance. On call maintenence is required but with no structure, unsure when maintenance should or should not be dispatched.

      Pros

      Greco is a smaller property management/development company which means you truly know everyone in the company, from the owner/president to the vice president to all the site staff across the portfolio. I have truly enjoyed working at Greco

      Cons

      There is many growth opportunities, but not many action plans to make that happen.

      the shop is too small, and there is not enough parking, depending on who is the manager at the time if it is good there,
