Run by a family that is vocally baptist, racist, sexist, Republican. The entire operation is unprofessional and chaotic. CEO Pay Full time - yet they offer no benefits Requesting time off is like pulling teeth "On-call" - where they expect you to work 24/7 for a week straight and still only pay you for a flat 40 hours Waking up at all hours of the night to deal with issues and still being expected to show up on time the next day The co-workers - vocally racist, sexist, voice their political opinions in the middle of morning meetings. No room for advancement due to it being completely family run Expectations are absurd for the pay Co-workers - Literally the worst people I've ever encountered
