Pros

At one point this company was the pinnacle of the Aquatics industry! They were fair and kind hearted individuals that put effort into developing employees into knowledgeable young adults. The pay was decent and the management team was phenomenal, there was always a helping hand if you asked for it.

Cons

The new upper management team, mainly COO is a complete jerk with a very small sense of what it takes to run a team/company. They are so busy blaming the field staff for issues failing to recognize that maybe the people that are leading the field staff are failures. CEO has no sense of what his company has become but rather puts his faith in a man who has slowly led his company to the pits.

Pros

Flexible Close distance That’s about it

Cons

Some of the worst job experiences I’ve ever had. They really get away with a lot of things working with teens. For one, they don’t tell you if your pool is already allocated. I was told 35 hours, when really it was 25 hours spread out for 5 days for 5 hours. The worst type of schedule. The pool is open 10am-8pm. They had 8 people at one pool. Not enough hours. They don’t tell you anything about your assignment until you pay a $200 course to get certified. They don’t train well. I would not trust any children in the pool w the training they provided for the teens. It was one person training 20 kids. Teens need more thorough trainings. The amount of times I saw teens doing CPR too fast is alarming. They did not time compressions and so many of them did it faster than the normal heart rate. The company is focused on hiring than saving lives. First meeting of the season and they told us a child has already passed away from an employee being on their phone on stand. In the video meeting, saw a bunch of teens laughing and not paying attention. UNORGANIZED. They told us to wait since construction was happening to the pool. We waited till end of July only to be told they lost the pool and knew since mid July. No one thought to let their employees know they are now without a job??? Really despicable especially given we waited all summer for them and paid $200 to join.
