It’s too close knit. It’s friend hiring family members and close friends. They don’t want to hear improvements and are just want to shill trash content for followers to see ads. They don’t address website issues or followers complaints. They’re shilling to a dying audience of older people and don’t want to expand or improve their content. Suggestions like simple strategies on different SNS platforms not coming from any other than their inner family circle is shoved away. The HR is garbage and the HR staff turns over with the seasons. It took over 6 months to get my health insurance in place yet I was paying for it during the time I couldn’t use it. It’s pulling teeth to get reimbursed or hearing back from anyone.
