stressful, always in a hurry, changes of SOP's every now and then, different supervisor with different sop, upgrading of qouta every day, promoting staff without checking qualifications, some of the engineers are lazy, always blaming the operator for a mistake, salary deduction during sickleave, supervisors want you to work like a superhero who never gets tired, they will get angry when they see u smiling and laughing, supervisors will never appreciate your loyalty and hardwork they will instead choose their favorite regardless of poor performance at work, racism is still alive
