Pros

This company is always stretching to grow, yet has a focus on the right things: employees and customers first. GreatAmerica supports the development of its employees and creates some of the most special relationships with its customers. While relationships are valued highly, the company also invests heavily in technology and the future to ensure its relevance to the markets it serves.

Cons

The investment in the future and in technology can create discomfort and there are a lot of moving pieces. I'd much rather work through the process of change than be at a stagnant company, however!
