Pros

The company culture was my #1 reason of many for working here. From the top down, I felt supported and encouraged and that many opportunities were provided to help me reach my goals.

Cons

The interview process, while effective at identifying good candidates that fit the company culture, can be somewhat rigorous and unforgiving.
