Pros

Travel if you like open

Cons

You will never be home. management is terrible. Will be harassed by management. Money only matters to higher ups. No coaching no leadership toxic environment. Hr is no better. Small company no room for growth. Sales are 95% non existent. Only will recieve base salary for the full year. dont waste your time. Commission pays out once a year, Turnover is so high most likely wont recieve it.

Culture that supports work/life balance, supportive management that wants to see you succeed, large amount of professional development opportunities, friendly competition amongst sales team

Cons

None- the only thing I could see as a negative depending on your life circumstances is the amount of travel, it is heavy but very valuable if you want to sign deals!

- Great training that prepares you for the role, especially having stepped into sales from a different career - Leadership team that cares for your overall well-being - Whole staff is ready to support and help you learn the ropes - Incentives for good performance such as a healthy bonus plan - Down to earth people! Through and through. - Leadership that knows who you are- from the president, to VP and AVP. - Solid benefits package

Cons

High turnover, not due to the company’s standings at all, but more so individuals personal circumstances. The role requires heavy travel in fall and spring which doesn’t suit everyone.
