I've been with this company for over a year, and it’s been a great experience. The company truly lives its values, which are reflected in every decision, creating a positive and ethical work environment. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about employees' growth and well being. The culture is supportive and there are excellent opportunities for professional development. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to build my career and feel valued.

Because it’s a small company I wear multiple hats but I’ve also found that that experience has allowed me to grow and develop new skills.

The owner and supervisors make time to listen and train the staff. All my concerns are always addressed and I always feel significant. They provide supervision for students planning to sit the BACB exams, and they are EXTREMELY helpful.

The pay is not the best. Unrestricted hours are not paid too.
