Not that I can think of

There is a high-level of intentionality at this company. While startups can get caught up in the execution of steps in order to maintain a certain level of growth or hit deadlines, there isn't so much a feeling that things are done here for the sake of checking off a task. A willingness to be purpose-driven and thoughtful all the way from the top to bottom helps everyone feel that there's a culture with a desire to accomplish things well rather than just quickly. You're surrounded by those who are self-motivated with a high standard of personal and professional excellence that allows you to be in a constant state of learning, while their humility allows you to feel like you are actually a part of the collaborative process. Couldn't have asked for a better first startup experience. Benefits are also great! Unlimited PTO, flexible WFH, and the best provision of snacks I've ever had. The benefits are not just "good on paper", but there's a level of understanding and respect of work-life balance that allows you to take time off or WFH with peace of mind. There's trust that everyone one the team will hold their weight of responsibility and that no one will abuse the system.

Nothing to complain about! It was a bit of a transition moving from an agency to startup, but it's a matter of expectation and perspective. Grateful for the opportunity and excited for my personal professional growth, as well as the potential that this company has in this industry!
