Pros
Small but intimate team. Working with wine is awesome. Developing your palate with regular wine tastings in the office. Amazing product portfolio. High net worth customers. Ethical and fair employer (makes you believe they wont screw you over, and don't).
Cons
Small space with big personalities. Having to work over weekends when shipments arrive. Hours can be long. Constantly busy and frantic. Growing business with limited staff and resources. Still figuring things out as company continues growing. No formal processes or policies in place.
