There are none that I experienced.

This place felt like a dysfunctional school. You had the principal and the teacher who treated their favorite students much different then the others. The boss spoke to some employees in such a rude, condescending and unprofessional manner it was unbelievable. Cutting people off mid sentence, pointing fingers, yelling and swearing at them. Try to do a job the way you think is right and then have 3 other people complain because you're not doing it 3 different, individual ways...very frustrating. You get thrown in to the job with no real training. When they do try to train you, you don't learn one thing and move on to the next. You get bits and pieces randomly thrown at you. Oh and let's not forget having one of the bosses hiding behind stuff, spying on you because they want to try to catch you up doing something wrong.(Yes that actually did happen.) No communication, no organization, no fairness. All in all, if you are a friend of the boss or a family member it seems it's a great place to work. But if you are anyone else, good luck.
