Stop doing micro management - Anonymous employee Grazitti Interactive Employee Review

I have given my 4 years to Grazitti. I have started my career as a trainee and now it four years. But now time has come and I cannot deal with this micromanagement of the new manager. Grazitti has become a place where you are treated as salves and labour’s by your manager. They just shout on floor and they treat all of juniors as labour. The biggest issue is with management who just trust without verifying. A person with no knowledge and no coding willingness is make to sit our head. But now enough is enough. Don’t join grazitti . This is the single line I want to tell all people checking this post.
