Grazing Response
4yThank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. It’s a bit tricky to respond to this post as it’s not clear what role the writer did here, nor even when they worked at Grazing. Nonetheless, let’s start with the positives and it’s great to hear that the people who work at Grazing are nice and that the writer claims to have enjoyed the free team lunches. I wholeheartedly agree with this review that our team are nice. In fact, better than nice, they’re great and it’s the team who make Grazing what we are.
Not nice people, the type of people who hide behind dishonest and malicious posts and messages, who like to say unpleasant and defamatory things about others, behind a curtain of online anonymity, are not the type of people who would fit in well a Grazing. I, and I hope everyone here, want to work with other nice people, who enjoy and excel at their job and being in the company of their colleagues – clearly the writer of this post did not fit that bill and holds some sort of grudge, for which I am genuinely sorry for causing any upset to them.
I, and the team, at Grazing always view feedback as a gift. And whilst negative feedback can sometime sting, it is also usually the most useful to learn and grow from. Malicious feedback/behaviour and offensive remarks, on the other hand, have no place in our team or company culture and I suspect this is ultimately why the writer of this post didn’t fit in here (if indeed it is a genuine post and they were ever employed here).
I enjoy working with the smart, talented and passionate people in the team here and I hope they all feel the same too. I’d urge anyone interested in joining us to come and find out for yourself and not to read too much into a dubious anonymous post.
