Grazing Response
9yStarting with the positives, it's great to hear that many of the thing we do, including good salaries, team drinks and events, reward scheme, lunches etc are all being well received. We've grown an awful lot as a company in the last couple of years and it's great to know that some of the things we've started putting in place for our team, are being appreciated, even by those who ultimately weren't the right fit for the company.
The less positive feedback is interesting too and whilst a rather subjective opinion from a clearly very negative experience that didn't work out for either party, it's still useful to hear this opinion and take learnings from it going forward.
As MD, I take full responsibility for the lousy job we did of recruiting and on-boarding you and we should never have put you in the position that took you so far outside of your comfort zone and ultimately left to you leaving us after just a few months. This was entirely my fault for allowing this to happen and the poor experience you received of me as your line manager is a great shame.
As a small and rapidly growing company, we (and I, personally) are constantly evolving, learning from our mistakes and improving the way we do things in order to provide both an awesome product to our customers and a great place to work for our team, which we're getting better and better at, all the time.
