This company is so terrible that even though many employees work here, only the Sales and Project Managers get any kind of special treatment. Teams like SEO, Development, Email Marketing, Content Writers, and others are completely overlooked. Their salaries are way lower, and they never get to go on any company-sponsored trips or tours. Meanwhile, the Sales team gets everything—every month there are foreign and domestic trips just for them. The rest of the teams? The company treats them like fools. No appreciation, no recognition, nothing. This company mainly works on WordPress, and honestly, there’s no real growth here unless you’re in Sales. Even when it comes to small perks—like company T-shirts or blazers—they’re given only to the Sales team. Everyone else is ignored. If you’re thinking of joining this company in any role outside of Sales, especially in SEO, Development, Email, or Content, don’t bother. The company doesn’t value those teams at all.
