Pros
Graybar wants employees to stay with them. Combined benefits package is great with fair pay, profit sharing that they provide 100% of (no matching), and other benefits. Purchasing department focuses on making work pass easily with many activities including free tickets to baseball and hockey games. Almost never overtime so you can focus on your family and work life balance.
Cons
Nothing really to mention. Sometimes things change slowly,but that is not a bad thing.
