Pros
Anyone working in the solar business knows how much money you can make. I'm pacing around $250k for my first year. Aside from the money, the company is great. I really like the managers here. I'm able to set my own schedule, which I like.
Cons
Sales isn't for everyone, obviously. It's a tough job, but the money is great.
