Pros
The culture is great here very different then most jobs. The warmth and welcoming feeling everybody gives you is what really stood out the most to me. The ability to move up quickly and get into a leadership position isn’t common, most 9-5 jobs wouldn’t even look at the person who didn’t have the experience to move up. Me personally I came from Delaware I worked at a Walmart and really wanted to move up the leader of leadership and got denied multiple times and had several set backs, ran into a manager there that works at GreySquare and he liked my charisma and willingness to talk to people. Came here with absolutely NO sales experience at all and everybody gave me the opportunity I’ve been looking for. Love it here. My hard work here defiantly stands out, gets noticed, and gets rewarded.
