8yThanks for the feedback! I'd definitely like to address some of the cons / advice to management you offered:
- Schedule: The project you were on is one of a few. Yes, we do require a 40 hour work week like most full time roles. Our team members are able to choose their 2 days off, as well as working either a traditional 9-5 or the 12-8 schedule. If the "make your own schedule" was misleading...our apologies!
- Entry Level role: We allot around 15-20 min for Q&A in our 2nd interview so that we ensure the good / bad is all on the table before we finish. However, I'm happy to work with our team to ensure we're properly answering questions from candidates!
- Benefits: As a newer company, we were not offering benefits. However, in Q4 2017 we did introduce a 401k plan, etc to make our company a better place to work! As we grow, we plan to add more incentives to ensure we're able to compete aggressively for top talent in the marketplace.
