The Most Toxic Work Environment I have Ever Witnessed--Do Not Apply - Administrative Assistant Gravity Coffee Employee Review

High stress work environment--including daily verbal abuse. This verbal abuse was yelled in front of other employees--sometimes to the point of making the subordinates cry openly at their desks. High expectations with insufficient communication to properly explain the requirements of tasks. Administrative assistants were not allowed to have most privileges allocated to higher-up employees. When I questioned this reasoning, I was just laughed at. Promotions promised but not followed through. All together, the most horrific treatment I have ever received in a workplace. The corporate office has an abnormally high turnover rate (I wonder why).
