Pros
-Cool work within the entertainment industry. They are known as the agency to produce "edgy" & thoughtful design. -Owner/Chief Creative Director is patient & knowledgable. -DYI and hand done design is encouraged. -Great-looking offices with up-to-date equipment. -Everything is very organized -Fully stocked kitchen. -Occasional happy hours on their cool deck.
Cons
-Team does not feel like a team, there is no unity whatsoever. -Extremely poor leadership skills with language that borders on abusive. -Extremely poor communication amongst the staff, information does not get passed on and contradictory directions are often given. -Really high turnover rate (40%+ in 2014) -Sexist mentalities that are condoned by the administrative side. -Negative attitudes, huge egos. -Poor life-work balance. It's the type of culture where one is deemed a bad employee if you don't want to work 10+ hrs everyday, even if there is nothing that needs to be worked on. Getting out on time is rare. -Limited parking: they only have parking spaces for about 10 employees, the rest have to find street parking. -The owners choose to do very little, if nothing, about the problems stated above.
