Pros

I love working at Gravic. It is a stimulating work environment.

Cons

No company is perfect, but Gravic tries to fix things quickly when an employee speaks up.

Pros

Great work environment Awesome co-workers (every single one of them is nice) No micromanagement Lots of room to use your creativity A culture of openness and honesty is fostered and employees freely help each other with difficult problems Frequent fun office-sponsored events, about half including family Life-long learning encouraged Provides opportunities to help in the community Very honest and moral even in business dealings.

Cons

The team is required to be physically at the office most days, though there is naturally flexibility for inclement weather. Although this is not a con for me personally it may be for some.

Pros

If you want to be able to honestly write rage bate posts about how bad your boss is or relive the worst parts of HS this is the place for you.

Cons

I was workplace bullied from day one and then let go with no warning or reason besides the vague implication that it was because I was the target of workplace bullying. I feel discriminated against (in the "To make distinctions on the basis of class or category without regard to individual merit, especially to show prejudice" sense not the legal sense)

Soon after hire, this brilliant developer had amassed multiple complaints to HR. Progressive discipline was unfortunately not effective. Yet, it was a later act that caused his immediate termination. We value the safety of our employees and facilities and so his exit needed to be immediate. He declined to participate in an exit interview the next day where we would have been happy to elaborate on his termination reasons.
