- friendly, helpful leadership and coworkers - good pay after tips - never bored - good benefits for long-term employees - clean working environment - very flexible hours for student workers - overall, a pretty fun job if you like to stay busy
Cons
- often understaffed, leading to overtime work (though paid) - on busy days, it's often difficult to take any break time - though expected in the restaurant industry, it's often hard work, involving a lot of lifting, cleaning and working in hot kitchens. I wouldn't advise it for anyone with physical health issues.
