Apart from Salary nothing is good here.
Cons
N number of cons. - Policies will change time to time(Not Employee friendly policies) - No fun activities, no coffee machine, no cafeteria - Poor work culture. - In time should be consistent before 10 :15 But no rules for out time, people working for 12 hours also. - Upper management will blame lower for every mistakes - Using legacy technologies and slow systems.
