Pros

The Team are absolutely brilliant the the operation in the IT team is seamless. Really great environment to work in and be part of.

Cons

Pay is lower than other companies because of the trade off with Remote working. I was aware and accepted this. Leadership at board level while steadying the ship through difficult times dont always tell the employees the full truth. This was especially clear when we were being told we were doing well and a month later we were going through redundancies.

Pros

I've been with Graphnet Health for some time now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. The ability to work remotely has been invaluable for me and my family, allowing me to balance my personal and professional life seamlessly. The company has a clear sense of purpose and passion, especially when it comes to supporting British health and social care. It's inspiring to be part of something so meaningful. The benefits are fantastic, and senior management is incredibly transparent with employees about company priorities and progress, which makes me feel valued and informed. There’s also a real sense of freedom to be creative and proactive in my role, which makes work enjoyable and fulfilling. I highly recommend Graphnet Health to anyone looking for a company that cares about its people and the work they do.

Cons

Being a remote-first company does have its challenges sometimes, as you don't have the same interaction with your colleagues on a daily basis, which some people might find a little isolating. However, this is balanced with some fantastic in-person company events, such as the Christmas and summer parties. Teams are also encouraged to get together in-person when they can and are allocated a social budget to help with this.
