      Pros

      Great atmosphere at work. All the coworkers are very nice helpful, professional and fun!! Flexible working hours really helps a lot!

      Cons

      Sometimes but rarely, need to have early calls with our partners in China, usually around 7~8 in the morning.

      Pros

      Fantastic company to work for, with a culture that values employees and promotes community, a supportive work environment, great atmosphere, a lot of bright, friendly and fun coworkers. Beer Fridays and team events are also fun!

      Cons

      No real cons. It is a fast-paced work environment and sometimes things move quickly and can be a bit stressful, but you face that in any job these days.
