- Immature owner & owners wife - Will not listen to employee ideas for improvement - Wife has ran off a lot of good employees due to her lack of knowledge and abrasive behavior - Constantly bullies employees and subcontractors - Very clicky office - Goes through staff like water and refuses to address the problem or make changes. He focuses on one person at a time convinced people aren't doing their job - If someone leaves he is very slow to hire someone to replace them leaving existing staff to be overworked - Has salary people exempt from overtime which is ridiculous as they don't qualify for exemption according to Fair Labor Standards Act - Owner and wife will yell at each other in the office making it a very uncomfortable environment - Involved in MULTIPLE lawsuits
