Pros
I’ve been with the company for quite some time now, and even though we all work from home, it somehow still feels like being part of a big, supportive (and slightly chaotic) family. From Slack banter to surprise virtual birthday gifts, we’ve built something special—without ever needing to share an office space. We collaborate, joke around, hype each other up in meetings, and know when to put our heads down and get things done. There’s a real sense of trust here, which makes space for growth, creativity, and those occasional “Hey, I’m taking this call in pajamas” kind of days. What’s kept me here all these years? The people, hands down. We’ve got a team full of smart, talented, and genuinely good humans. Even after nearly a decade, I’m still learning, still growing, and still excited to log in every morning (with my beanie and a lollipop in hand, ofc lol). If you’re looking for a company that feels like family—minus the awkward holiday dinners—this is the place.
