      Pros

      I can only think of two pros working for the company. First, it is remote work. Second, and lastly, the other employees are quite helpful.

      Cons

      I have had horrible experiences with working overtime several times and them refusing to pay for an overtime fee or offering better compensation. As I have said, some employees are helpful, but the management is not. They completely overwork the employees, and the system is not ideal. You are constantly working with clients that the company wants to please, so the employees end up suffering. SUFFERING

      Pros

      Work from home setup and good pay.

      Cons

      Higher ups tend to micromanage their employees and if you are fast enough to submit your work, they will give you even more workload.
