Pros

Work environment is nice. Managements behavior towards employee.

Cons

Salary: They will pay timely and always brag about paying employees on right time. Increment: Lots of fake promises and miss information they will provide about yearly increment. In order to save money for the business owners they will not give you increments and they will show you they are trying their level best but not getting approval. (they will mention different names when you say who is not approving) Career Growth: This is ZERO in this company. People will get into a job role and die but will never be able to grow their career. Some career growth happens at extreme bottom/ground level positions. But again, they don't increase your salary. Promotion means more responsibilities with less money.

Pros

1) Salary,bonus,increment on time 2) Leaves are generous 3) Catered lunch,breakfast,snack,dinner according to shift timing 4) Very polite and helpful seniors.

Cons

1) Joining in graphicpeople as a contractual is a bad decision,if you get sacked,you literally get nothing compared to the permanent employees and they aren't very fair about the firing process either now.No performance reviews,nothing.You are fired randomly 2) Upgrade to permanent status is also a bit sketchy.Since they didn't do any one to one performance review in my almost 3 years of tenure 3) Contractuals get much much lesser benefits than those who are permanent.But you will bear the same workload as them,you will see them getting inpromptu bonuses and other benefits. 4) No severance pay for contractual workers 5) Office environment is like govt offices,not a MNC environment. 6) HR is horrible.They don't actually resolve any conflicts.If you are a new employee,anyone can complain anything about you and only you will be called to HR,whereas newcomers can barely raise any incident to HR
