      Pros

      I have been with Graphic Packaging for 25 years and have had the opportunity to grow within the company, from entry level to current managerial position. I have traveled to many different locations and been a part of many successful/beneficial projects. GPI is a great company to work for, and we continue to grow.

      Cons

      Remote positions are not a consideration for career advancement unless you are willing to move to an in-house location. Great talent can be lost this way.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
